Installation conditions and details for air conditioning units
Wall Mounted AC
Price includes installation
Service Areas: Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan

1. Refrigerant Pipe

- 9,000-12,000 BTU: 500 Baht per meter)
- 15,000-20,000 BTU: 600 Baht per meter)
- 21,000-30,000 BTU: 800 Baht per meter)
2. Electrical Wire
10 meters
(Additional charge: 40 Baht per meter)
‼️Electrical wire installation is strictly surface-mounted using clips only. Wiring duct installation: additional 100 Baht per meter
Wiring Duct (if applicable): Additional 100 Baht per meter
For main power installation of the air conditioner, the customer must ensure power is available at the outdoor unit only. If we need to run main power wiring: 100 Baht per meter (surface-mounted with clips)

3. Pipe Casing/Duct
4 meters
(Additional charge: 250 Baht per meter):
4. Outdoor Unit Bracket
1 set or 3-inch rubber feet for floor mounting (if applicable)

(If using circuit breaker installed in electrical cabinet: 350 Baht):
If there is already a circuit breaker controlling the AC, we reserve the right not to install an additional breaker
Note: Circuit breaker for 380V power supply must be provided by the buyer

8. Elbow or Corner Piece

Note: All complimentary equipment is provided only if it is actually used during installation
Installation Conditions
1. If customer wants to remove or trade-in old AC to install new AC. If the new AC is installed in the same position as the old one, we will remove it for free. However, if the installation position is changed, there will be a charge for removing the old AC

Note: Ceiling-mounted AC removal: 500 Baht
2. If customer has an old AC, they can request trade-in via chat. Trade-in payment will be transferred after installation is completed within 1-2 business days
- 9,000-15,000 BTU: 500 Baht trade-in value
- 18,000-24,000 BTU: 1,000 Baht trade-in value
3. If basket-style bracket is required for condos
Additional charge: 800 Baht
4. If technician arrives at the scheduled date and time but installation cannot be performed
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 1,200 Baht
5. All equipment installation will be surface-mounted only
No service for in-wall concealment
6. Installation Warranty
90 days (3 months)
Notes
When an order is placed, our staff will contact you via chat to schedule installation. Please reply whether you are available or not
The store must mark the product as shipped in the system first. The product will arrive with the technician at the scheduled time
Installation time is approximately 2-4 business days after order is placed. The AC will arrive with the technician on the scheduled date and time
Scheduled time may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions and previous job sites
The company reserves the right to refuse exchange/return of products in all cases
❣️Important Notice❣️ Please read before installation. Jobs we do not accept have the following requirements:
Jobs using existing pipes embedded in walls are not accepted
Jobs where technician's vehicle cannot access and requires handcart
Jobs where outdoor unit installation position has no safe standing area, especially on 3rd floor and above
Roof drilling is not accepted
❌For AC main power installation, customer must ensure power is available at the outdoor unit only. If we need to run main power wiring, additional charges apply. This is clearly NOT included in the 10-meter electrical wire specification❌Important - please read❌
