Ordering & Products
- How do I place an order?
- Add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery address and phone, and choose a payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation by SMS and email.
- Can I order by phone or LINE?
- Yes. Call 096-826-6941 or message us on LINE (@560imexv). Our team can take orders, recommend products, and check stock for you.
- Are the prices on your site final?
- Yes. Prices shown already include the standard free-installation package for delivery within Bangkok and the four surrounding provinces. Any optional upgrades are added at checkout.
- Do you have a showroom?
- Our headquarters is in Lat Phrao, Bangkok. Please call ahead so we can prepare the models you'd like to see — most stock is held in our warehouse.
- How do I calculate the BTU I need?

Installation
- Is installation really free?
- Yes. Free professional installation is included for most products within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan and Samut Sakhon. The installation pack covers refrigerant pipe, power cable, outdoor bracket, safety breaker, drain pipe, pipe trunking, and installation warranty.
- What's included in the free installation package?
- Up to 4 m of refrigerant pipe, 10 m of power cable, outdoor unit bracket, safety breaker, drain pipe, 4 m of pipe trunking, and a workmanship warranty. Additional materials (longer pipes, special brackets) are quoted separately if needed.
- Who performs the installation?
- Certified technicians with manufacturer training perform every installation. All units are vacuumed and pressure-tested to manufacturer specification.
- How long does installation take?
- A standard single-room installation takes about 2–3 hours. Multi-zone or harder access setups may take longer; the team will let you know in advance.
Warranty & After-Sales
- What warranty do the air conditioners carry?
- All units carry the manufacturer's authorized Thai warranty. Typical coverage is 5 years on the compressor and 1 year on parts; specific terms are stated on each product page and on your invoice.
- Is the installation itself covered?
- Yes. The installation workmanship is covered for 180 days by Airdee Thailand. If anything tied to the install fails — refrigerant leaks, drain issues, mounting — we'll come back and fix it at no charge.
- How do I claim under warranty?
- Call our after-sales team at 096-826-6941 or LINE @560imexv with your order number. We'll diagnose remotely first, then arrange a service visit or escalate to the brand's authorized service center.
Payment
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Bank transfer, mobile banking (PromptPay, K PLUS, SCB Easy, etc.), and cash on delivery nationwide. We do not currently accept credit cards or offer installment plans.
- Is cash on delivery safe?
- Yes. You inspect the boxed unit on delivery before paying. Note: payment is for the unit only; installation is scheduled separately at no extra charge.
Shipping
- How long does delivery take?
- Free shipping nationwide. Within Bangkok and the four surrounding provinces, delivery is typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Other regions: 2–5 business days; transit time varies by destination.
- Do you ship outside Bangkok?
- Yes — shipping is free across Thailand for every region. Note that the free-installation package is limited to Bangkok and the four surrounding provinces (Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon).
- Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
- Address changes are possible before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible — once the order has left the warehouse, address changes may incur a re-routing fee from the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
- Can I return an air conditioner?
- Unused and undamaged units in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Installed units cannot be returned. Please choose carefully or contact us before installation if you have any doubts.
- What if my unit arrives damaged?
- Please refuse the delivery or document the damage with photos and notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
- How long do refunds take?
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer.
